IBI President attended event that honored former JINSA Executive Director

Ike J. Monty, President of Investment Builders, Inc. (IBI) attended the 2012 JINSA Houston Leadership Dinner in Houston, TX on October 29, 2012. The event honored Tom Neumann, who served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) at its national office in Washington, DC, for more than two decades. At the dinner, Attorney General Greg Abbott was also presented with the 2012 Houston Leadership Award. Lieutenant General John F. Mulholland, Jr., USA Deputy Commander, United States Special Operations Command, served as the keynote speaker at this special event.

Monty has been actively involved in housing developments for over 33 years. He began his career in business in 1978 and has since been involved in over one billion dollars of construction work. In addition, to serving on the JINSA Board, Mr. Monty has served on the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers, MCA Board, FNB Advisory Board and FHLB Board. He is a native El Pasoan and holds a BA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
